My Boy Meets Grill

C has been eying a full-size grill for about a year, and we finally took the plunge and got it. It is a Char-Broil RED Infrared grill, and it's fabulous! With it being hot in June, we prefer cooking outside and leaving inside nice and cool.

"We" started to put the grill together at 9 pm, and didn't finish until about midnight, 30 minute assemble my eye! While C was putting the grill together I kept tabs on some his memorable quotes, here are a few:

• "Hmm, wonder where that goes?"
• "Hmm, wonder if that matters?"
• "Ohhh I'm not going to be happy about that."
• "That doesn't look fun."
• C mumbling (reading) the directions multiple times.
• C talking to the direction booklet as if it were a close friend - "why didn't you tell me that?"
• And a few "oh craps" and "are these self tapping?" while looking at a screws.
  

I loved it!!! In the end the grill was complete and my man was happy.



Since we've had the grill we've grilled salmon, bison, pork chops, pizza, portabellos, and everything has tasted amazing! I'll do a post soon with some of our favorites.
